One of the wonderful things about learning at home is that we can take our time on lessons and we can and apply real life experiences to what Ady is learning. Here she is graphing all of the candy she got for Halloween. (Minus the candy she ate after trick-or-treating!) This was a really fun math lesson for her.
As part of our reading curriculum we have been preparing meals that "bring books to life." Here is dinner designed around the book Chicken Soup with Rice.
